John Barricelli Book Signing Was Great

Welcome back to Foodie Finders NYC! I just went to John Barricelli's book signing at the Book Revue. John was really spectacular and interesting. He is the owner of Sono Bakery in Connecticut. He also works with Martha Stewart and is the host of Martha Stewart's Everyday Baking from Everyday Food. John was very personable and told everyone his next book which is expected to be out in store's by Mother's Day of 2012! I am really excited, espeically since his first book is awesome. The food is so good in the cookbook, and if you are wondering why I know that it is because he was kind enough to bring a bunch of different pastries to the signing. His macaroons were the best macaroons I ever had. I also like his tart that had the best crust. The place was a very intimate setting and John walked around and mingled before it started with complimentary Persecco that he brought as well as the pastries. He talked and told us stories and than the book signing followed. I will definitely put John on the calendar next time he is in town because he is one you can't miss (and if you are in South Norwalk, Connecticut go to his bakery called Sono Baking Company).
